The use of burners and combustion systems is important in industrial kiln burners. Among them, the installation of circular heating furnace burners is difficult, and poor installation may cause safety hazards. So, how should the installation of circular heating furnace burners be carried out?

1. The burner of the circular heating furnace can be installed on the top or side wall of the furnace.

The distance between the burners of a circular heating furnace should be determined based on process requirements and burner performance, generally 1-2 meters.

For furnaces with a large bottom area and short furnace, multiple rows of burners can be installed at the top of the furnace. When the furnace wall is thick, the gas pipe nozzle can be extended into the masonry to delay mixed combustion. Gas pipes should be made of heat-resistant steel.
