The "ultra-low emission" technology route

  For smoke and dust, low temperature electric dust removal, wet electric dust removal, high-frequency power supply and other technologies are adopted to achieve dust removal efficiency, and the emission concentration is no more than 5 mg/m3;

  For sulfur dioxide, the wet desulphurization device is improved by increasing the average flow extraction plate, increasing the liquid-gas ratio, desulphurization synergetic ring, and zoning control, etc., so as to achieve desulphurization extraction and the emission concentration is no more than 35 mg/m3.

  For nitrogen oxides, technologies such as low nitrogen combustion modification of boiler and new catalyst added in SCR denitrification unit are adopted to achieve denitrification extraction, and the emission concentration is not more than 50 mg/m3.

  For mercury and its compounds, the technology of SCR modified catalyst can make the mercury oxidation rate reach more than 50%. After being removed by the absorber, the emission concentration does not exceed 3 g/m3.

  For sulfur trioxide, low temperature electric dust removal, wet electric dust removal, etc., the emission concentration is not more than 5 mg/m3.
